@@@16/4/25 Smoking Cessation Strategy

 I smoke 16 sticks a day. I decided to do 10 push up everytime I feel like smoking. Come up with a sliding scale of from 16 to 0 and how many days it takes. Tabulate it. Be mindful that I cannot do 10 push ups everytime I have the urge to smoke. I will get sore muscles.
