WhatsApp is a superb tool. Unfortunately, the users are from the Boondocks.
People are missing the Quality Information, therefore, they miss the Quality Knowledge. Hence, wisdom is lost.
There is so many potential in social media that is not tapped. For example, WhatsApp can be used as a tool to capture meeting minutes. It can also act as a mini email and many more.
I used it as a tool to dyad. That saves the trouble of meeting face-to-face, even if it means using Zoom,
So there you have it. To a master, even an old violin makes beautiful music.
