 When it comes to administration, CCC is my Intipadu.  Within it is Noktah.  Another layer within a layer.

In CCC, I have my War Council.  As of now, the War Council is only monitoring rather than advising.  Their purpose is to avoid a worldwide-scale war among the superpowers.

You all can access them via telepathy.  The codename is ONE TRIBE ONE ORDER.  Say this and they will attend to you.
