12/1/25 And so, from the Summit of Creation I write again

 I must run.  But first I must lose 40 kg.

Absolutely no sugar - Bread, 3-in-1 Coffee, Cakes, Ribena, Roti canai, 2-in-1 Coffee.

When hungry, eat a slice of butter and a pinch of salt.

Drink Kopi O, Green Tea, and plenty of plain water.

Do this for 5 months.  Then we talk about running.

I must celebrate being able to wear old clothes again.  Then I RUN.

I leave quit smoking to the end.

Four challenges:  ability to withstand hunger, ability to stay awake, ability to exercise daily, and QUIT SMOKING.
