It takes 3 weeks to KILL the urge. I quit cigarettes in Ramadhan. Let me wi[th] (win) against these two. How? By hitting 20 kg by the first of Ramadhan.
I failed in the past because I was in a calorie deficit. Also, I was low in blood sugar when I was on OMAD Keto.
I am a winner, I can do it. I did it with dope.
