,13/1/25 16/8 IF is working

 Skip sugar at all costs.

This 16/8 is promisable.  I have enough calories to last for the day.

Sugar is the killer.  It is poison.

I can sustain for 16 hours at a go.  OMAD is too long and has too few calories.

Next is to cut buying outside food and finally to cut cigarettes.

Salleh swore by it.  I  should give it a year

Withstand temptation and hunger for 16 hours.

These are my nemesis:

Definitely, I will battle these two.

I am very focused today.  Even cigarettes are not too demanding.  A suave afternoon.

As long as I smoke, I can never be free.

Leave it as the last battle.
