It takes the right neurotranmitters to do that.
It had to be with the right nutrition.
This time I am ready. I need to lose weight before I start on quit smoking. Losing weight make me feel good mentally and physically.
It is also the best motivation.
Look at it this way - I won over dope in 2024. That is the worst poison to me. It is even worse than cigarettes.
So today I won my fight with insulin. Hold on the fight with dopamine. I need to improve my health markers - high bp, gout, bipolar, and the sneaky cholesterol.
These I got to tackle before my next checkup.
A good indication is I can write again. I am uplifted again.
I don't need to worry about my future. It is guaranteed. What I need to do is sort out my present.
So here's to you all who have been tailing me. Eat, drink, and be merry...
