19/1/25 I should shave my beard

 The beard makes me look haggard.  Not good at all.  I should look forward to a clean-shaven 50 kg lighter me.

Then I feel good about myself.

I should not have a rite of passage at 60.  Let's move on.  Conquer the land.  Tally ho ho!
