So here I am, back to writing.
Writing while listening to Power 98.
The answer to my question is I need to move, otherwise I perish.
No matter what, I have to move.
At least 30 minutes a day.
Otherwise, I cannot even make it to 65.
I have to shift my thoughts on things that matter, in this case, to be able to run again.
That is my next plan.
OMAD and Exercise 1 hour a day.
Cybernetic Loop is Power 98.
