This is probably the worst downcycle of my life. I have nothing worthy to write.
Nevertheless, I continue to write. Writing is my survival mechanism. Without me writing I am nothing more than an empty husk.
Therefore I have to keep writing. No matter how ridiculous it seems.
For one, without my writing, I am brain-dead. I will just sleep, smoke, and eat.
My challenge now is to exercise 30 minutes a day. That is the benchmark. I will start by moving more, and then I will consider reducing my cigarettes.
