11/2/25 Back to OMAD

 Once again, OMAD makes much sense.  I will only eat once a day.

I am a champion if I can overcome sugar and rely on fat-burning.

Ramadan has 19 days to go.

FORGO SUGAR.

I want to lose 30 kg by June.  Then 20 kg more by December.

If I follow this schedule, I don't really have time to pussyfoot.

RUN, READ, WRITE, REPEAT

Just like that it will be June and soon it will be December.
