12/2/25 Open window for 4 hours

 I start eating at 4 pm.  That still constitutes OMAD.  The only thing is that the window is open for 4 hours. 

It was a relief.  I was getting ravenous.  So I had 3-in-1 coffee, butter, and jam toast.

That should keep the hunger at bay.

Gin Stephens's Delay Don't Deny book is better on the second reading.  Things like artificial sweeteners and traces of sweetness are hazardous and are good pointers.

The OMAD extended window is also very valuable.
