Today is a beautiful day for a walkabout.
The weather is great and I am in the mood to sweat a bit.
I only have 3 deliverables:
1. 16/8
2. Quit smoking
3. Move more
Focus on these three. I don't even have to run.
Smoking makes me tired. All three have to happen simultaneously.
I am a winner. I have to make it happen.
All I need is to stick to the plan. No need to improvise anything. Just concentrate on the fundamentals.
I need to be thin and competitive. Food and cigarettes are the main culprits.
If I manage these two, I will be OK.
