At this stage, I need to get Ameezan to pass the endorsement. Once the course is running, I might want to train myself even if the idea may seem remote.
We will [is] (use) the SME + Trainer model. So now is to get Mack to endorse Ameezan. Once that is done, we pass one hurdle.
The other hurdle is the claim part. HRDF needs to refer to the Trainer's Licence. That is based on the T3 Licence Number.
As it goes, things are looking bright.
