I had a tough time staying satiated.
So I had a Rojak Ayam and iced tea. At 6:00 pm I have love letters.
That threw off my sugar intake for today. I thought of skipping dinner, but then I was still within range. So fuck it.
I will bulldoze my way through with OMAD. Who cares? As long as I didn't eat before 12:00 pm, I still can claim 16/8.
The battle had just begun. So is my quit smoking and move more.
I should not start, stop, start, forever. This is where I hold my ground.
