6/2/25 I stop smoking af 3/4 of cigarette.

My body stopped resisting at 16/8.

Just follow the game plan.  Start eating at 12 pm.

The rest of the time, no sugar.

Then I rotate the same message over and over again.

If I want to, I drink coffee and tea.

I need to lose 30 kg.

So this is my mantra.  Otherwise, I will smoke.  The only way is to replace the cigarettes with coffee.
