16/2/25 I had Whopper with Cheese

The bun was dry, and the beef was dry.  It might as well be the worst burger I ever had.

The numbers on the receipt tally:  RM20.20

Let's cruise.  No doubt I need money.  Not as much as if I am a full-fledged team player.  This one is just among the three of us; Pal, Ameezan, and I.

In this case, I play the role of an Introducer.  That's all...

I am not doing the Training.

Hi Pal/Ameezan,

This is a follow-up from our earlier discussions:

1.  Endorsement:  It is not clear where this requirement is coming from.  I was informed that HRDF requires this.  Based on my discussion with Pal, he is in the dark on this issue.  Following my discussion with Ameezan indicated that HRDF approves the arrangement of SME with the attached Trainer without any endorsement from external parties.

2.  On making Ameezan a Certified Trainer, we welcome the idea that LEC upfront sponsors RM2,700 for the T3 course.  We will gladly pay back the amount upon delivery.  Do note that we will remain committed to the business as long as there is commitment from both parties.

3.  As for the commercial arrangement, we need to meet up to further solidify the model.  As it is now, we don't mind channeling our leads to LEC.  As for the delivery fee, we suggest Gross minus Cost and have a 50-50 split on net.  Should you have another model, let's discuss it when we meet.

Summary:  Our focus now is on refining the content.  Therefore the sooner we register with HRDF the better.  Then along the way matters related to administration and marketing can run simultaneously.

Rgds,

SJ
