6/2/25 I only need to resist 3/4 of cigarette

 It is 5:30 pm.  I feel relieved for not smoking since 12:00 pm.  The coffee is great.

I am a proponent of 16/8.  My priority is eating at 12:00 pm.  Once I can do that, I go for OMAD.  Another 26 days to Ramadan.

I do away with these two:



Tonight is the first test.
