No other battle matters. This is the real battle, right here. I have to win my mind over inertia, hunger, and addiction.
Nobody can help me win this battle except me. Let me get my act together again. I have to do this for my personal sake.
I had to lose 30 kg. For a start, this Ramadan, I shall lose 10 kg.
Only I can do this to myself. I am my own army, fighting my own shortcomings.
Thus, I need to read to get the right mindset.
