27/3/25 If it takes me every night to motivate myself to bounce back, I'll do it

 It has to be after Ramadan.  Then I can do my OMAD or 16/8.

I know I can do it.  Particularly quit smoking.

Exercise for 30 minutes a day

I've got to stay focused.  Whenever I am sleepy, I do a Mall Walk.  My challenge is inertia.

Simple steps.  All it takes is for me to do it.
