I am stuck with some kind of a pitcher plant. The cigarettes are meant to kill me. I have to escape the death sentence by quitting cigarettes.
No matter what, each stick of cigarette is to make me weaker and weaker.
Simple, so so simple. NEVER TAKE ANOTHER PUFF!
Just stay away from nicotine.
NTAP. That is the deal. No matter what, not even ONE PUFF. That one puff can get me hooked for the rest of my life; which is less than 20 years.
