20/3/25 Ramadan is always a mess with me

 I'll wait until after Ramadan to recuperate.

Personally, I think I will have to skip sugar altogether.  If not the liver cirrhosis is irreversible.

What will be a great goal to aim for?  To lose 30 kg will be it.  Then to be able to run 5 km every day,

I let go of all external goals including earning RM100k.

I just collect my RM12k debt.

It is more meaningful to quit smoking and be able to run again.
