27/3/25 Once Syawal is gone, I am back in business

 Energy and strength,

The weapons against inertia.

But first, Quit Cigarette.

Then watch what I eat.  I have to lose 30 kg.

Then RUN 5 km a day.

I have to overcome inertia.

I'll do this for 6 months.
