14/3/25 I have to overcome my weaknesses

 First, I got to fight inertia.  The sleepiness got to go.  I have to stop Seroquel.  That is the biggest stumbling block.

Then the cigarettes.  This is a major deal-breaker.  Then sugar...  Finally, I got to move more. Only 4 items to worry.

I start with OMAD tomorrow.
