I cannot wait for this to be over. Then I can have an ordinary life again. Ramadan is not my month, really.
I still intend to quit smoking. It can be done. All it takes is 60 days. I drink plenty of water. I do whatever it takes. Exercise in the morning.
Avoid sugar, 16/8, and NO CIGARETTES.
I am determined. First, I fight sleepiness.
I lost 2 kg in one month. I fight this, no matter what.
HOLD MY HAND...
It is easy to lose 30 kg. I can do this.
