Azham, a college mate, is into an opioid known as Ketum Urat Merah. It is a traditional drink that is sold widely in Lazada as a traditional remedy for pain and lethargy.
After further research, I found out that this herb is counter-intuitive to my health condition. Worse, you can get hooked.
Here I am celebrating my freedom from dope, not ready to take this new opioid as a replacement.
No way, I want to quit smoking, lose weight, and move more. No way I will backpedal to another opioid.
