1/3/25 Move to Cyberjaya sell the house, move in with Princess

 That is my decision.  The house in Bandar Utama is fetching RM1.35 million.

So, once we get the cash, we keep some for traveling and split the difference with the girls.[s]

High time we sell the house at 25 years old.  We don't want to sell it when it is too old.

Then Lizzie and I can go around the world with the extra cash.

Sounds like a good deal for a retiree.

Then I get money from AI Training.  Assuming it is RM100k.  That will be my personal savings in case I need a new car 10 years later.

I feel relieved with this decision.  Of course, Princess is very calculative.  She wanted it to be a financially informed decision.

The person who can swing the deal is Lizzie.
